Oof…haven’t been on tumblr in forever. Gonna try to get back into it.
I feel like I’m sleepy all the time now, so I made a little tribute to my bed. Which one are you?

Short comic I drew for the Oath Anthology, a queer super hero anthology, last year.
My favorite kind of heroes are idealistic teens who are still learning. So I decided to draw a story about that.

I may have missed last week, but SURPRISE this comic has TWO pages! Ever since I joked that Drew and I holding hands while sleeping makes us like otters, I wanted to do a series of our usual sleep poses. (Also, bodies do some pretty funky poses at night and I enjoy that!)
Also, Sheppard has taken to trying to sleep with us because he wants attention and love, I’m guessing.

Here is “Knot”, a short comic I drew to sell at Mocca and TCAF this year. The printed version is going to be SO PRETTY. I’m in love with the cover (which I will post later).
I just wanted to do something fairy-tale-like that talked about doubts and frustrations and how to deal with them. I’m really happy with how colorful and adorable the story turned out to be.
If you enjoyed “Knot”, please consider reblogging it and/or checking out my ongoing webcomic Namesake! HUGS TO ALL OF YOU!
I’ve been re-thinking about this comic a lot, so i’m reblogging it.

Also, you can now read this comic in chronological order on Webtoon.
Okay is a 16-page short comic about mindfulness and acceptance that I drew last year. You can support me by buying a high-res version of it with bonus art and sketches included! But since it’s part of my public portfolio now, I thought I might as well post it everywhere else as well. (All characters they/them) Read the rest below the cut:
Starting off Day 2 of the Webcomic Library Con will be the Lettering Workshop. Shiza ( @shizamura), the creator of O Sarilho, and Emma, the creator of Honestly Not a Robot, will be showcasing what goes into putting words into a comic and how this little act can bring storytelling to a whole other level!
This panel will be starting at 5pm est on August 21st. If you’re interested in watching and don’t want to miss it the Webcomic Library Con will be streaming this free virtual panel on Twitch. We hope to see you there!
