So as of a couple of hours ago we have reached 600 followers of this blog. I’m so happy that people have been coming along for the ride as I find new webcomics to enjoy. There have been days where I’ve wondered if anything I do here actually means anything to anyone. But then I look and see people rebloging and saying they’ve found a new lovely comic because of my work or get a thank you from a creator saying my work has helped so many people find their comics… and I know that my work has purpose. It matters. So thanks for giving this blog meaning!
I have another masterpost I’m gonna finish setting up for Trans Visibility Day and then I’m gonna be working on a big project that I want to finish before May if possible. It’s gonna be something I’m going to be experimenting with as I go, but I’m hoping it gives more outlets to my work as well as opens new doors in terms of content. I’ll be giving more info on that once I get the ball rolling!

@princessw0lf asks: “Query: For the trans visibility day masterpost, do comics by trans authors count, or is it only comics specifically containing trans characters? I’m a transwoman and my co-author is nonbinary, but we don’t really discuss our characters’ genders …”
At this point all lineups are done by representation in the comics, not by the genders of the creators themselves. This is because I have such a large amount of comics to keep track of at this point that keeping up with the genders of every creator on top of everything else would just be too time consuming on my end at this time. It’s something I will keep in mind to include in my library when I have the time since you aren’t the first person I’ve seen ask about this, but it’s an addition that will take at least a month of reasearching to fully invoke into my current library setup, which I can’t do right now since I have a different project that I’ve been getting ready to break into among other personal things. This is something I might start working on around July/August since my masterpost schedule isn’t going to be too consuming by that point. Maybe I’ll cross it off my to do list with some other additions I want to add to the library? We’ll just have to see.
Also I’m getting to the point that many of my representation categories are getting too long to do as masterposts, so I’m actually needing to find ways of narrowing categories down to make things managable for both me as the person who’s making the masterposts and the readers looking for new content.
