B&W Never Heroes
In case you’re wondering why the sudden change! I decided to switch to b&w and just do occasional color interludes for special scenes, + chapter illustrations and stuff like that, just so I could get more pages out faster, and worry less about palette consistency and printing and that kind of thing.
I adore working in color, but it takes FOREVER. Especially for Never Heroes, some monster inside me decided that ‘detailed painting with tons of atmospheric effect’ was the way to go for my webcomic lkaj;sdkfjksdf
But I was kind of nervous, since this is the first time I’ve really tackled b&w comic pages! I was super worried people might hate it, or that I would be bad at it or just not have fun doing it. Luckily at least I’m enjoying it a lot, b&w is really fun to work with, turns out, and I hope even if readers miss the color, you’ll enjoy the comic more if I can update it more consistently/frequently <3
