What’s the story? As a kid, Victor joins Urquhart, the UK’s most esteemed superpower training centre. Now, nine years later, he has been kicked out of Urquhart and lives instead at the Earl Estate, a residential facility for kids who can’t control their powers. With his 18th birthday - and a transfer - coming up, he is given one last chance to receive his licence and go home. Unfortunately, he ends up tangled in the plot of a mysterious arsonist, potentially jeopardising his future.
Are there queer characters? Yes! 99% of the cast is queer! There are prominent LGBT, ace, and nonbinary characters, and orientations and identities are referenced within the comic - if they haven’t yet been, they will be!
How long is it? At the moment we’re just over halfway through Chapter 6, the first chapter in the what will be the second book. The first book is available to buy in print here, but you can read it all for free online!
When does it update? Inhibit updates every Wednesday at 8am GMT. The Webtoons mirror, which is adapted for reading on mobile or tablet, updates twice a month. Patreon supporters get pages a whole week in advance!
