Unfortunately, I only know a few comics with ace characters that I can remember at least, so I’ll say the ones I know and everyone else can add on!
-Long Exposure has Sydney, an asexual lesbian (found on Tumblr at longexposurecomic or tapastic.)
-Rock and Riot has a whole host of asexual characters. (Found on Tumblr at rockandriotcomic or tapastic)
And that’s the ones I can think of right now. If anyone, mod or not, wants to reblog or reply to add on, feel free to!

@webcomiclibrary made a master list of Ace comics: Masterpost Link!
Yes I do! I also have a section of my Webcomic Library dedicated to keeping track of LGBT+ representation in the webcomics I’ve read, including asexual representation. You can find my library here!
@queer-webcomics and @lgbtwebcomics also keeps track of asexual characters in comics!

Happy Hourly Comics Day! … I mean, it’s already over, but here’s the results of yesterday (and one bonus because we forgot, oops!). Over all we had 4 cups of coffee, so it was a very good day.
Gonna go back to streaming the rest of the page soon and that will go up in the morning.♥
Yesterday was Hourly Comics Day, which is a favorite tradition of mine. I’ve been sick, but I’m still glad to have documented the day!
Hourlies from previous years HERE
So, like last weeks strip, this is very close to what actually happened during the LGBTQ Representation in comics panel at Megacon last year. And I did get a phalanx of real-life super-heroes to go with me to the bathroom.
It’s one of the single most memorable things that has ever happened to me since coming out and I will NEVER forget it.
Why is all the kickstarters I want to support explicitly gay?
It’s not a bad thing it’s just my semi-out ass has problems buying physical merch cause I get interrogated if I go against hetero/cis roles in society in any way and I want to have pysical copies of all these amazing comics and anothologies… but the problem is a lot of them have explicitly gay covers (same-sex kissing, saying “LGBT COMICS” or something or the same caliber in big letters on the cover, etc. essentially something I can’t just lie to my folks about) It’s not that I don’t appreciate these things, I really do! It feels so good knowing that little things like this are being normalized in everyday life, a little at a time. But sadly not all households will accept this fact without questioning on the intentions of both the writer and the buyer. I will buy as many PDFs as I can, but the idea of being able to hold this representation of me and my close peers, knowing that it exists physically, beyond the glass of my computer, in my two hands… that gives me a feeling I can’t describe more precisely than validation. But it’s a feeling a can’t have if only in secret, until the world around me will change with everyone else.
