HELLO! Finally, a new comic in it’s entirety that isn’t a plug for a zine. This was done for Square City Comic’s Chronicle. If you are in the area you should come to our meet ups! We’re great!
My partner and I have decided to share the first comic we ever collaborated on together, A TEMPO! It’s a cute short comic about a time witch and a one-man-band.
My partner wrote, thumbnailed and inked (traditionally!), while I penciled and coloured. If you want to support us making more comics, we have a Patreon here, and an itch.io where you can buy the PDF of this comic, and more!
The rest continues under the cut. I hope you enjoy!
witch’s familiar, a super-rushed 8-page comic about a human named November, a crow familiar named Hemlock, and a witch named Moira, in which Nov gets her phone stolen and they both… get their hearts stolen? By? Each other? It’s gay. That’s all that matters.
Woohoo!! 🏁💖 Here’s the comic I made for @gameon-anthology– help us unlock the next stretch goal by backing the project here! I’m so glad I got to contribute a piece to this anthology and be featured among so many insanely talented artists, be sure to support the kickstarter campaign and grab a copy for yourself!
Summary: When Sadie encounters the stylish and sophisticated Robin on the train one rainy day, little did she know that she would be making a great friend… and perhaps something more?
Summary: Jo doesn’t take crap from no one. Being fat as a teenager isn’t easy, even when you know you’re awesome. Watch as the clever Joan Rodriguez deals with school, bullies and all those people trying to change her.
Summary: Four high school classmates move into a former sorority house for their first year of college, and immediately discover the ghost of a dead sorority girl stuck in a discarded bottle of tequila. While the freshwomen are settling into college life, Tara settles herself into the center of their personal lives, acting as a seasoned mentor for their transition from girls to ladies.
Summary: A high school romance story! A shy history nerd and a popular girl develop a friendship…and maybe something more? How will they navigate their feelings towards each other, deal with everyday life in high school, and learn stuff about themselves along the way?
Invisible Girl Meets Big Damn Hero ( @igmbdh) (Smackjeeves) (Warning: Alcohol, Mental Ilness, and Violence)
Summary: In a world full of superheroes, Alice has felt ‘invisible’ since she was a teenager, and not in a fun way. Resigning herself to a life of quiet loneliness, she dedicates herself to her studies and wins a scholarship to a university focused on training people to enter the industries surrounding and supporting heroes. Once there, however, she begins to discover that maybe she’s not quite as invisible as she assumed…
Summary: Kat falls in love too easily. This time, she confessed her feelings to a boy she barely knows. As expected, she is promptly rejected. However, from the ashes of this failed confession; a new love grows!
Summary: Motherlover is a sweet serial romance comic about two moms from different walks of life who (are going to eventually) fall in love, with a bunch of other life stuff that happens along the way.
Our Story Begins With… (Tapas) (Warning: Homophobia)
Summary: All the stories have their beginning in an apparently trivial word, in a daily object, or in a forgettable accident. All are made of small moments that accumulate in boxes, gathering dust. All the stories deserve to be told, but now it’s time to tell the story of them, and of all the small objects that have built - and destroyed - their relationship.
Summary: How to process the puzzling situations of life as a couple? Existence is much more than romance and drama… Lovey-dovey filter OUT! Sequel to “Our Story Begins With…”
Summary: This is the story of a girl named Boo. She has pink hair and a vivid imagination and she is about to discover a side of herself that she never considered before.
Summary: Haven’t you ever felt lonely? When you live in the middle of nowhere, away from your friends, wouldn’t you want something to change? “Wish upon a star and maybe something will.”
